CLOUD POS SYSTEM
I led to creating the product design solution for the restaurant’s cross-platform POS system. I’ve approached my design thinking from a user’s perspective, balancing their needs alongside its business goals. As a result, The Aptito POS platform was granted Silver BIZ Awards as the Most Innovative Product of the Year.
FINANCIAL CLIENT PORTAL
I’ve helped integrate the company’s conventional offline services to multi-platform solutions such as websites and back-end client-based applications. I’ve adopted the proven U.S. web model in 6 countries abroad.
GLOBAL LICENSING SYSTEM
I’ve worked with Warner’s Music Group to design the user experience of the Global Licensing Platform (GLS). I’ve been a part of an agile team of designers, developers, and product owners. This role’s objective was to advocate the best user-centered practices by improving the usability and appearance of legacy licensing software.
VIRTUAL CLOSET APPLICATION
I led the “Virtual Closet” mobile app development. This app helps users organize their wardrobe and suggests ensembles to wear based on the weather. Utilizing real-time data, the portable closet essentially picks the pieces to rock, depending on the forecast. The final product increased online exposure by 23,000 potential buyers.
